Within the framework of Erasmus International Credit Mobility Project, we hosted Rector Prof. Dr. Inna Shorobura, Vice Rector for International Relations Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mariya Vornyk, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities Prof. Dr. Halyna Buchkivska and faculty members Olesia Dolynska and Marina Savchenko from Ukraine Khmelnytskyi Humanitarian-Pedagogical Academy between 22-26 May 2023. The academicians first met with staff of Erasmus Office and were informed about the program they will carry out in our institution.
The academicians, then, were hosted by rector Prof. Dr. Fethi Ahmet Polat and informed him informed about the purpose of their visit and their own institutions. A cooperation agreement (MoU) was signed between the two institutions during the visit at the Rectorate's office. Within the scope of the agreement signed by Prof. Dr. Inna Shorobura and Prof. Dr. Fethi Ahmet Polat, it is planned to exchange staff and students between our institutions, to initiate double-degree programs and to prepare joint scientific research projects.
On the other days of their programs, the members of the delegation visited the Faculty of Education and the Faculty of Sport Sciences. As part of their visit at the Faculty of Education, the guests were hosted by Dean Prof. Dr. Esin Kaya and vice-deans Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayça Kartal and Dr. Faculty Member Ahmet Battal and Erasmus Faculty Coordinator Veysel Emir Eke. The guests were informed about the faculty and toured all the workshops in the faculty. Later, the guests who visited the Faculty of Sports Sciences, were hosted by Vice-Dean Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ömer Kaynar and other faculty members.
Visiting the historical places in the city center in the last two days of their visit, the guests expressed their satisfaction with the visit and thanked the entire university community for hosting them in the best possible way.
