A New Erasmus International Credit Mobility Project (KA107) From Our University
Erasmus Office of International Relations Unit of our University has achieved another success. The International Credit Mobility Project (KA107) prepared by the Erasmus Office of our university has been accepted and 95,400 euros was granted. With the acceptance of the project proposal, our students and staff will be able to participate in mobility activities within the scope of KA107 Project not only in EU countries but also in Albania, Kosovo and Palestine.
MŞÜ International Relations Office Erasmus Coordinator Lect. Yahya Adanır stated that the projects prepared were evaluated by at least two independent external experts and 55 proposals were accepted from 95 project proposals in total. Within the scope of the project covering the period of August 2019 - August 2021, there will be mutual mobilities of students and staff. The partners of the project are the University of Bihac from Bosnia-Herzegovina, Universium College from Kosovo and Islamic University of Gaza from Palestine.
Adanır added that Erasmus + KA107 projects aim to bring an international dimension to higher education, to increase the interest in higher education in Europe, to support the international competitiveness of higher education institutions in Europe and to encourage the development of partner countries and the internationalization and modernization of higher education institutions outside Europe. Adanır thanked Prof. Dr. Fethi Ahmet Polat, the rector of MŞÜ, and International Relations Coordinator Prof. Dr. Murat Aydın Şanda who gave support within the framework of the mission of internationalization. He also thanked Erasmus Office staff who contributed to the project a lot.
